Caption and Evaluation practice

Photo 1.
Headline: Protestors start a Riot for rights!
Caption: Jorge form Houston,Texas started a riot against the officers on a Tuesday as they protest for good rights.

This photo is a example of Leading lines, because if you look at the photo theres a trail and that counts as a line picture as the trail goes on across the field.

This one is a view point. Because you can see as the floating latterns goes up you can see were they are going, which is up to the night sky.

This is an example of Rule of Thirds because hes off to the side and the background is blurry it just fits to be in the rule of thirds.

Japanese Earthquake

I think this is really sad. The way the earthquake destroyed everything, it just looks like a huge mess. The photographer took this picture showing the viewers what this picture is about, so he's like focusing on the main thing that is happening.
I think it was kinda cool how the ship just landed on top of the small building. Though this picture shows that the photographer used viewpoint because you can see where the ship landed and all around it.

If this happened here i would have been scared to death. I really feel bad for them for having a earthquake. This picture kinda reminds me of leading lines because of the road or how the waves are coming down it looks like a line.

Magazine covers

1. Early Magazine covers. In the mid 1700's, the magazine's didnt look like nothing how it  looks today like with pictures and less words in front. In the past it didnt have no pictures but just words. Alot of people used to call the magazine as "The Town and Country Magazine" or just "Universal Repository; of Knowledge, Instruction, and Entertaiment." But when they did start putting pictures to the magazine they would mostly model them like the covers of books, providing them with only a title and some data.

2.The Poster Cover. Which is mostly called Pictures that need no words. Means that just putting a photo
on the front cover can just exlain what the magazine would be about even without no words. Though many of the oversized magazines looked like a if they were to be framed and hung on the wall.

3. Picture's Married to Type.

I like this one because it shows the lights going up to the sky to the people who were killed during the 9/11
to show them for being brave during all that happen.

I think this picture shows that everyone is happy that Bin Laden is dead which
is a good thing because of what he did on 9/11.

to his owners cascket during the funeral, after he was killed during war.

and they were like still recovering. Alot of people wont have no were to stay or what to eat.

. What was the biggest sports OR entertainment story OR sports/entertainment person of 2011?
I think football was the biggest sport for 2011 because mostly everyday
people were watching it. Even during black friday when the longhorns were playing people were at walmart watching it and buying stuff.
